Refund policy
At HELLBOUND COLLECTIVE, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:
- Is unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Has all original tags attached.
- Is in its original condition.
- Is free from stains, odours, pet hair or damage.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, please contact us at hellboundcollective@outlook.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your preferred size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email hellboundcollective@outlook.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance promotions cannot be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where required by law.
Return Address
Return instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.
